How to Buy a Used Car from Japan

Consultation: Our sales staff will work with you to confirm the details of the vehicle you are looking for.

Proposal: Based on your preferences, our sales staff will send you detailed information on available vehicles from auction houses for your selection.

Bidding on Your Behalf: We will bid at the auction according to your specified budget. A partial deposit is required at this stage. If the bid is unsuccessful, we will continue to suggest other suitable vehicles.

Export Arrangement: Once the auction is successful, the vehicle will be transported to the port yard. Photos will be provided for your confirmation. Based on your instructions, we will arrange shipment via RoRo or container vessel.

Vehicle Inspection & Confirmation: We provide the export documents and collect the remaining payment. After the vehicle arrives, once the inspection is complete and no issues are found, the service for this order is considered complete.
